This mag release button is perfect. It’s well made and on par with the quality of my DVC limited. Perfect size, no issues with accidentally hitting it with my grip hand and inadvertently dropping a mag. Highly recommend this, worth the money. Use loc-tire.

The oversized mag release button allows my thumb to release an empty mag without shifting my grip in the slightest. It comes with sharp and pointy edges so it needs some dremel work to get it to your comfort level, not a big deal but for over $50 it should be finished. Its a tiny piece of metal that makes all the difference to the short thumbed.

I like this mag release extension. I have a nice high grip but could see where it could be in the way for someone not riding the safety and an overall lower grip geometry. A lefty would also find this to be obtrusive.

Added this to a DS Tactical Lite, don't have to shift grip to release the mag now. I like that the final position can be adjusted to personal preference. Quick and easy install as mag release was pre-drilled and tapped.

The oversize release was installed on an STI DVC Limited. The pistol's mag release button was drilled and tapped from the factory making installation of the STI oversize release about a two minute process. It takes about 30 seconds to install it, but you need to tweak the position slightly to fit your fingers and how you grip the gun. This is basically trial-and-error re-positioning until it is in the right place. Makes releasing the magazine 100% easier and faster as you don't have to reposition your hand to reach the standard, small button. High quality product that easily matches the rest of the DVC.
