Things to Remember!
Recently picked up a P10c and was pleasantly surpised Dawson already had a sight out for it. I've been a fan of their plain rear/fiber optic front for my other pistols, so this was exactly what I was looking for.
Sights came with two different punches for the front and rear, extra fiber optic rods in green and red plus the necessary Allen wrenches. Very happy now that they're on my P10c and I've tested them out.
I have these sight on a M&P 22 Compact and liked them, so I decided to put them on my CZ P10C. For a fighting pistol, I find a couple of shortcomings. The serrations are not cut deep enough on the rear sight for maximum effectiveness. The serrations do not run the full length of the rear sight, there is an outline with no serrations at all that confuses the eye. The overall width of the rear sight is to wide, it covers too much of the target.
One thing that is not a shortcoming, but is preferential, is that I would like to see a u-notch option for the rear.
The only short-coming of an excellent gun is the sights.
Dawson fiber-optics are the perfect solution.
I love these sights. The front sight really pops even in low light. Really well made and easy to install. Only thing I would like to see is the rear sight having a ledge that you can rack the slide on your belt for one handed reloads.
Sights shot true to the point of aim/point of impact as the original sights. Slight fitting of the front site required. Look great and work great. Nice improvement over the stock sights.
