I've gone through tons of different sights in my life on countless guns, from TruGlos to Trijicons. When I bought some Sevigny sights for my M&P I fell in love with not only the sight picture, but how easily I was able to aquire the front optic. Now don't get me wrong, the shape of these are slightly different from my M&P & Glock rear sights. The corners aren't cut off and the notch isn't a "U," but the solid black rear doesn't distract from the front optic I combo'd with the rear.
For the front sight I went with the Dawson Presision Fiber Optic with the .160T and .115W. I shot 10 shots at 7 yards on my P226 and kept most of my shots in the first three rings (probably the size of a fifty cent piece).
