Description
Low Profile Mag Button
Perfect Size for Most Hands
This Low Profile Mag Button won't release when you lay a pistol on a flat surface or when you're shooting. Because it is so low, it doesn't interfere when you don't want it to. it will, however, make it easy to release your magazine for fast reloads.

I have several of these, work for me better than anything else I have tried
I drilled and tapped an STI mag release so I could add this button. It's big enough to dump the mags easier but not so big that it drops them when you holster your pistol. I use it on my Springfield RO, single stack steel matches. Real nice quality. Not worth the time turning one out on the lathe for the price. I used blue loc-tite it hasn't come loose yet.
This works great and gives me the ability to reach the mag release without having to alter my grip.
Works great. A little blue loctite to keep it on the gun and your good to go.
Added when upgrading to Mag Releases 1911, make the quick reload easier by saving hand movement to the mag release.
Not so long that you will have accedental mag drops from bumping it, but long enough to allow you to reach the button without turning the gun in your hand. A must if you have thumbs that are not so long.
Unsure of what color I like best, I bought them both. Simple to install, right size and great grip. Great product even at twice the price.
Great product and the only thing I needed to add to my STI DVC 3-Gun. The factory release caused me to shift my grip on changes and now the mag release is exactly where I need for it to be.
I have another 1911 with the Ed Brown big button but I like this a lot more. Combined with the Dawson mag release in the IDPA size, I can reach the button with standard thickness grips without a thumb scoop. And it doesn't eject the mag when I lay the gun down.
