Description
Is there really a difference with Dawson Precision® sights? You bet there is!
While other sights give off a hazy glow making it difficult to focus, Dawson Precision® sights offer you the sharpest picture. We counterbore the blade so the optic is recessed. This subtle difference focuses the light in the sight making it not only brighter, but clearer. A fully cradled optic provides a longer optic lifespan.

I used the .90 width sight on my CZ SP01 Shadow Target. Great sight! Lets in plenty of light for fast target acquisition!
Replaced the stock shadow sight that was the wrong height. The Dawson sight is easier to see and the correct height. The sight also has the notch for replacing the roll pin which other brand sights don't have. This makes the install easy. When I put fiber optic sights on my guns I always use Dawson.
I have aging eyes and I thought shooting handguns was in the past for me until I installed this front sight, I just ordered one for my 1911 also.
If you need a 7.5mm front sight to match the CZ Custom adjustable rear the .240 tall Dawson front is what you seek. These sights are much better and more defined than the factory FO sights and come pre-drilled with tools to aid the installation. Absolutely outstanding!
As with other pistols, my SP-01 now has a Dawson FO front sight. These are the best, IMHO.
Perfect design, machining, fit and finish. I've installed these sights on every pistol I own whether for competition or EDC. Hands down the best FS on the market.
For my aging eyes, the red FO front sight maintains the POA/POI I'm accustomed to. Fantastic and a perfect fit on my SP-01!
Ordered this sight for my CZ 75B SA. Dawson Precision shipped it on the same day. Installation was a breeze. And it works very well.
Purchased this front sight to accompany the new Shadow 2 rear adjustable sight. It was a perfect fit - snug, yet all it took was 3-4 taps w/ a standard household hammer. The instructions on how to insert the F.O. rod into the sight post is clear and easy to follow for a first-timer like myself. If you don't have one already, I would highly suggest picking up the "blue pen" from the store as well. It will cover up any aluminum (from the punch) that gets stamped onto the sight.
If the Dawson Precision® recommended sights do not zero your pistol, we will give you one new front sight that has the required height to correct the point of impact to your specification, free of charge. (Dawson Precision's Perfect Impact® Promise)
