Glock® magazines have a unique design which keeps their baseplates solidly locked into the mag tubes. But let's be honest — they can be a real pain to take apart for cleaning and maintenance. It is with that thought in mind that we created our EZ-Off Baseplate for Glock® magazines.
These extended baseplates are CNC machined from billet aluminum and uniquely designed to ease the installation and removal of the baseplate to the mag body. In addition, they DO NOT ADD CAPACITY and each weigh 1 oz., making them legal for USPSA®, IDPA, and IPSC® competition*. And, of course, the taller baseplates also help facilitate reloads when using a magwell.
*After installation, check to ensure that your gun still fits the appropriate box as guns vary dimensionally.

The +.200s will fit the IDPA box on a Glock 34 with Dawson target sights and ICE Magwell, its snug but they fit.

I recently set up a gun for USPSA production division and looked at Glock base pad options. Dave's pads are good or better than anything I've seen and tired at in some cases at half the cost!

I started shooting USPSA at an indoor range and I wanted to switch to a non-plastic base plate that would stand up to the concrete floors a little better. These work perfect.
I shot more IDPA than anything else and the guys at Dawson's told me that the +.200 would fit inside the IDPA box and they are right. I have the adjustable Dawson rear match sights and with the +.200 plates, my Glock 34 BARELY fits inside the box. If you have a lower profile rear sight, you MIGHT be able to go with the +.300 base plates, but I know that that +.200s will fit.

I placed my second order for these base pads late evening on 2/15. Order was at my door the morning of 2/18. Awesome service! Every Dawson Precision product I have ever bought meets or beats expectation and these base pads are no different. I use the +.100 for IDPA, non-magwell applications Glock 17/22. The +.200 will be used for magwell applications Glock 17/22 as well as for Production and IDPA with Glock 19/23. They work perfectly so far. Thanks again Dave Dawson!

a must for magwell'd guns

use an ice magwell on my 34 for idpa and had an issue with seating the mags fast enough for my liking. added the +200 to all my competition mags and it remedied that issue. fit and finish is top notch and have yet to have one pop off on me. been running them for about 2 years now and they are still going strong. and yes it still fits in the box.
