Description

Glock® magazines have a unique design which keeps their baseplates solidly locked into the mag tubes. But let's be honest — they can be a real pain to take apart for cleaning and maintenance. It is with that thought in mind that we created our EZ-Off Baseplate for Glock® magazines.

These extended baseplates are CNC machined from billet aluminum and uniquely designed to ease the installation and removal of the baseplate to the mag body. In addition, they DO NOT ADD CAPACITY and each weigh 1 oz., making them legal for USPSA®, IDPA, and IPSC® competition*. And, of course, the taller baseplates also help facilitate reloads when using a magwell.

*After installation, check to ensure that your gun still fits the appropriate box as guns vary dimensionally.

  • DESIGNED FOR Glock® 17, 22, 34, and 35 pistols.
  • Choose from 3 heights for multiple application and needs:
    • +100 - 0.100" Taller than Standard
    • +200 - 0.200" Taller than Standard
    • +300 - 0.300" Taller than Standard
  • Unique design combined with finger grooves facilitates easy removal.
  • CNC machined from Aircraft Aluminum to exact tolerances.
  • Available in a Black or Silver Aluminum finish.

    Excellent

Great base plates. High quality, fit and finish. They are an excellent replacement for the plastic stock baseplates that come in Glock magazines. I shoot USPSA Production and this plates are legal. They offer a better grip out of the map pouch and positive insertion on reloads. Also the extra weight at the bottom of the magazine ensures they drop free as soon as you press the magazine release.

DP ext. BP's are top shelf...

Posted by BG on Jan 28th 2016

I use the +200 length on my Glock 19 15 RD mags. They enable me to wrap the little finger on my strong hand around the extension and get a solid grip on the compact frame. I use the +100 length plates on my 17 round mags because I don't need the extra length with the longer mags. While the +200 length extends the mag baseplate, it doesn't cause a problem with concealed carry because there are no pointed projections sticking out to catch on anything and get hung up or cause a "printing" problem. I have installed +200 & +100 DP baseplates on all of my Glock mags, and I will buy more of them in the future when I acquire more Glock mags. It would be nice if DP would also make an aluminum locking plate to replace the thin factory plastic locking plates. Then I would say they would be about as perfect as anyone could make an extended baseplate for Glock 9mm mags.

EZier off to clean magzn, faster to draw from holster plus a base grip pad is very smooth reloads during course of fire!!

    good baseplate but be careful

Posted by JC on Oct 22nd 2015

I have a number of these +300 length baseplates for my Glocks. They are reasonably priced, well made and much easier to remove than the stock baseplates. Be careful using the +300 with low-cap (ten-round) mags for IDPA. They will be very close to the max allowed weight, maybe even just a tad over, depending on the scale. With normal capacity mags the weight is no problem.
