The sight came with good instructions and tools to remove the old sight and install the new sight. Took and hour to install.

6-10,000 round sight

This is an excellent sight. Great sight picture, holds zero and is easy to adjust. The weak link is the windage adjustment screw, it (they) have been breaking in the 6-10,000 round range for me and my shooting partner regularly. A heavier duty screw might be a good idea but it being so thin I can’t really fault it for giving up the ghost under the stress it’s under with major loads. I’ll keep buying these as it is the best option out there.

Not allot of windage adjustment . haven't had a chance to shoot yet .Really like two set screws to lock in place

The sight is nice, but I did have to take a lot of metal off to get it to fit the channel. I would have thought there would have been a better size standard for a Novak slot so that the sight would need minimal machining to still have a snug fit. Well, it’s done.

1911 rear sight

While I had to do a fair amount file work to get this rear sight into Smith and Wesson's propitiatory dove tail slot the end result was excellent and produced a very happy customer

As with all Dawson products this sight was just what I needed for my EAA Witness Steel. I installed a thin shorter front sight trying to raise the aim point. This became a project gun when I started making improvements. With the Hennings and Dawson Precision parts added it shoots like a 9mm three times the price.
Filed about 1/32 off the sight base.
