Description

While other sights give off a hazy glow making it difficult to focus, Dawson Precision® sights offer you the sharpest picture. We counterbore the blade so the optic is recessed. This subtle difference focuses the light in the sight making it not only brighter, but clearer. A fully cradled optic provides a longer optic lifespan.

Great fit
Really at this point we are all just parroting other reviews. The sight fit quite well. I had to take a dozen swipes with a file to remove a bit off the bottom of the sight to get it to sit flush in the 629 it was being mounted in. Changing the color of the inserts is simple with their site design. Lastly all their marketing claims are true, the dot is bright and well defined due to it being recessed.

Bright and Clear
I put this sight on a 340pd...much better sight than the factory ramp. Its bright and clear and I ordered the shortest height .145" tall and its the perfect POA/POI for my jframe at 5-7 yards. Its allowed me to shoot the tiny cannon more accurately than I ever have before. Highly recommended. Thank you DP!

Great as always!!
I bought this sight as a replacement for my Smith and Wesson 686 plus factory ramp sight. I have older eyes and was having a problem picking up the red ramp sight. After installing the fibre optic, I was able to see the sight, set the sight picture and the bullets all go where I am aiming. Thanks to Dawson for keeping me shooting.

Best sights
I install a lot of the Dawson sights in a year. They are always my first recommendation to customers . Never a problem with them. All the people at Dawson are great to deal with .

S&W Fiber Optic pinned sight.
