Use in conjunction with Pro Grip lotion. Great when all you need is a touch up. Dries very quickly. You won't believe the grip you get. Helps trigger control because now you don't have to squeeze the heck out of the grip to control recoil.
Pro Grip sprays on without being sticky. It just keeps your hands dry. Washes off with soap and water.
I used the lotion for several years before trying the spray. I like the spray slightly more, however both are great. The spray is very good at helping add a little extra "traction" to my hands without being sticky.

I just bought both the spray and lotion and haven't had the chance yet to range test yet.
I tried it at home and seems to work pretty well.
It dries quickly on the hand to a non sticky powdery look, and feels like it will do the job,but I'll have to reserve judgment til I actually get to test it out, hence the 4 star rating.

I have been using both the spray and the lotion for about a year now and I won't shoot without it. I use the lotion first and as needed through the day I'll use the spray. Not sticky or messy in any way but leaves a chalky feel that simply woks.
