Magazine Catch Springs

For use in:

Colt® 1911, 1911A1, 1991, Government, MKIV, Gold Cup®, Commander, Delta Elite, Officer's Model and Double Eagle MKII/Series 90 Pistols.

Magazine catch springs are available in reduced and extra power to adjust the release function to accommodate most any situation.

MAGAZINE CATCH SPRING PAK

  • Light (#4) - lightest overall
  • Medium (#2) - lighter than OEM
  • Heavy  (#1)- approximately 10% stronger than factory springs (use where accidental release of magazine is a problem)

    A great must have for shooting USPSA. Just enough spring tension to keep the mag release in place until you're ready for your reload.

    I was hitting my mag release when really clamping down and dropping my mag during a match. Also when shooting weak hand, I would grip tight and knock my mag out. Well, not no more with the heavy duty spring.
