The knob on a c more red dot sight is small and stiff to turn. This makes things easier and it's nice to have a point of reference.
For the money, you really can't beat it. I shoot 2 matches or more a month and the ability to quickly dial it to the correct adjustment each and every time is a game changer. Just makes it simple and smooth. Plus one less thing to worry about when your on the line getting ready to shoot a stage.
Makes it super easy to get back "in the ballpark" of where you want the dot. May still take a second or two to fine tune but way faster than without it.
Love this simple little dial that makes this otherwise frustrating c-more scope dial usable. But it came with no instructions. It seems simple enough, but what am i suppose to do with that tins screw sticking out of the knob! Do i need a tiny little alken wrench to adjust this? One paragraph of instructions would have made a big difference here.
The C-more scope knob is a useful addition to the scope as it makes setting the "non-click" brightness knob more accurate without looking at it.
I was a bit surprised that there were absolutely no instructions with it. Installation is fairly obvious but some guidance as to how snug the O-ring should be compressed, how tight the set screw should be and the tab's orientation would have been nice.

About the only thing I can think of to complete a C-More. The little arm on this add-on knob lets you find the exact intensity position in a tactile manner pretty much over and over again. It offers more precision than the standard knob, in that you can see exactly where the rheostat is set. Great for competition where you are turning your sight on an off throughout the day.
The small arm swings past the dot module, so you can mount the knob in any configuration you want. It fits securely and includes a washer to create friction so that it doesn't move out of position as easliy if you accidentally bump it.
Overall a good knob .No instructions with it though. The set screw was all the way out when I got it. I put the oring on first then slipped the knob on and tighten it. On one of the first shots the knob flew off. I found it and inside was a bunch of plastic shavings. I ran the set screw all the way in and more shavings came out. After cleaning them out I reinstalled it and now it is staying put. If I hadn't found it I would have been upset. I took off a star because of the plastic shavings in the threads which caused it not to lock on as required to stay put.
