The sights come with the tools that you or your gunsmith need for installation. My gunsmith took ten minutes to install both sights and I was in business. The factory sights were the only gripe I had with the M&P 22. These Fiber Optic sights make all the difference, especially at an indoor range where lighting is not the best. I recommend them!
I put these sights on my M&P 22. I really like them. I had my daughter try the M&P, she loved the sights. She asked that I get her a set for Christmas. Guess there are 2 satisfied customers.
Theses sights really helped me improve my groups, sight alignment seems easier. Installation was easy. I had to file the front sight to fit but the video walks you right through it. I would highly recommend these sights.

This is the second set of Dawson Precision Competition sights that I have purchased. Both sets are fiber optic front and rear. I am a very avid shooter that continually tries to hone my skills. Over the years I have tried a fair number of sights, majority do not compare to these. Very affordable, easily mounted and a breeze to dial in. This set I just mounted on my new Smith & Wesson M&P22, difference was night and day. The other set I purchased is on one of my H&K VP9s. You can not go wrong with the fiber optic front and rear sights, especially the precision competition sights. As a retired LEO I can tell you in my 20 years on the street none of the weapons I carried had sights that compared to these.
