These sights are awesome! They're super quick to pick up and easy to be accurate when you need to. And you can do one handed manipulations, what more do you need!? Definitely recommend getting them. I will be putting them on all my M&Ps.
One word of caution though: TAKE YOU'RE TIME putting these on! I messed up my rear sight slightly because I didn't take my time and file it enough before pounding the crap out of it. So watch the video in the instructions link, he explains exactly how to install them without messing anything up.

I just got these sights installed today by a gunsmith. Looks good and now will be off to the range shortly to give them a go! I have the same set up on my MP 9, and they are fantastic so I expect the same for my shield.

I bought this set to use with my M&P 9 Shield. Perfect match and sight picture, dead on at 10 yards. Highly recommended!

Just installed these on my M&P Shield 45. Front sight is easy to pick up, great for older eyes. I like the clean looks and now the target is not hid by the factory front sight.

The units sent to me were installed as directed. The greatest problem was the amount of adjustment made to both units. The M&P shield was designed with extremely tight dovetail install slots. On the front sight the floor of the dove tail slot was raised during manufacture and then case hardened making it difficult to fit the sight. I was forced to remove a lot of the base on the bottom and work on the dove tail edges. The only problem was the thickness of the base on the sight should have been determined before production. The sights installed are perfect, enjoy them well after all the work.. My first set were totally destroyed and now grace the bin. thanks, D Wells

After fitting the front sight properly, I attempted to install it on the M&P Shield. The front sight vertical post broke, rendering the front sight useless.
The sight broke because of me to be sure, however, I have installed front sights to several M&P Shields in the past and never have had this happen. Had my installation method been flawed, I most certainly would have had similar results and have not.

Love the rear sight. One of the best option for carry pistols due to the rounded off corners and it has serrations in the most perfect places. The whole package is very well engineered.
