First, quality brass pouches are difficult to find. After you tire of plastic baggies or bringing dust & dirt into the house, you'll spend the money for decent brass pouches. Load in the used brass, shake it out at the range to keep the gun room floor clean, and bring in that brass!

This brass holder works well. It would be better if it fit around belt loops or a belt. All said and done it was as described and I knew the limitations prior to ordering. A really good product
After using plastic ziplocks to toss range pickup into, I'm very pleased with this brass pouch. Works great at draining water and gunk out, especially this time of year with all of the snow/ice/mud at the outdoor range. Very sturdily built. Definitely recommend.
After years of picking up brass at matches and then having to deal with cleaning out the dirt, sand, grass, and mud once I got home, I finally purchased this brass bag.
It has a mesh rubber bottom so you can shake the brass as you collect it and leave the range at the range! No more dirt coming home with me!

I have always used the ammo boxes that the ammo comes in, but no more. My wife notices some great pouches that people were using to hold ammo and was told they only come with a particular range bag. And the manufacturer does not sell them separate.
After much search, I found these. These are basically the same, but I don't use them as a brass pouch, I use them to hold rounds to reload my magazines.
They are just the right size to fit most range bags, can be slipped out of the bag, very stable (compared to balancing a box on your leg) and have a generous diameter so your hand can easily reach in to grab your rounds. Even has a clip so you can take extra rounds to the line if you need to.
These are now permanent equipment whenever I go to the range.
