Cut from tool steel plate stock by CNC wire EDM and finish machined on CNC machines for exacting tolerances. Heat treated to RC 48-52. Outlasts the cast factory sear thousands of rounds and will produce a clean, crisp trigger pull when properly fitted. It is highly recommended that Cylinder & Slide's commander hammer be used with this sear to produce the best trigger pull.
