Sight for CZ P-07/P-09, Fiber Optic Front, by Dawson Precision®

I have the Dawson fiber, from sight on a P-07, P-07 Cadet .22 LR adapter slide, which I had Dawson install. This one, I did myself which went very well after I beat the double, super strength locktite on what's left of the factory sight so I could install the new sight. That was the worst part! The sight picture is excellent as it is for my other Dawson fiber sights. Great product and great customer service as well. They had recommended a narrower front sight for my old eyes and they are so right!

This is my 10th dawson sight. The fo tubes make front sight acquisition very fast. Perfect for the range because of pinpoint accuracy afforded by these sights! Also designed for everyday carry, does not snag on any of my rydex holsters. Much faster with front sight acquisition for ccw. If you cannot measure correct front sight height, buy one of their sets and let them guarantee your guns accuracy. Highly reccomend!

I like the cantilevered front sight blade of the PO9. It offers a bit longer fiber optic than the stock P10C sight. Slides into the factory dovetail with no problem...just sayin'

I was having elevation issues with my p10 suppressor ready sights. This site took care of the issue and is a lot easier to squire to boot. I’m very happy with this site and the quality is great.

As with anything else from Dawson fit an finish are perfect. I also used with CZC HTAC rear sight. Called and talked with tech support to make sure the sight would work with P10C. They were not sure so I took a chance. Fit is very tight, which is good. I used a little green Loctite instead of the screw. Green is for press fit applications

As an addendum to what I wrote previously, I'd note that personally I would NOT use and loctite on the threads of the front set screw. The friction fit on this is quite snug as is. I actually ruined one front sight because despite only using blue loctite on the threads of the set screw the included allen wrench stripped the head of the screw on the attempted uninstall (I do wish Dawson would use a front set screw more inline with the size of the stock as I feel this issued would be remedied). I think a bit of blue loctite on the bottom of the sight and then just tightening the screw until snug (do NOT overtighten) would frankly be enough. Heck even the friction fit might be enough with a bit of blue loctite. If the screw does strip prepare for a hell of a time. I've never had this issue on any other Dawson sights.

I've been using this as a replacement on a CZ-P10c. I pair it with a CZ Custom HTAC rear because Dawson doesn't currently offer a Charger type rear sight for the P07/P10. If you go that route I found a 0.180" tall front seems to work well with POI right behind the front rod.
