While other sights give off a hazy glow making it difficult to focus, Dawson Precision® sights offer you the sharpest picture. We counterbore the blade so the optic is recessed. This subtle difference focuses the light in the sight making it not only brighter, but clearer. A fully cradled optic provides a longer optic lifespan.

    Excellent Product for CZ P09

    The sight fit with very little sanding/filing. Took me a while to realize that the set screw is inserted from the bottom and a undersized set screw was already in place. Had to remove and put in the larger set screw that was supplied. Also, be careful cutting the filament (must be removed to tighten the set screw), as a knife may scratch the sight. Love the image the new sight gives. I can now get a supported 1" vertical pattern within 1" from center at 20 yards. Will be ordering one for my Kadet slide.

    Great FO sight, fits Grand Power Kxx and Pxx MK12 series dovetail

    Bought this for a Grand Power P1 mk12 to replace the waaay too tall only height FO front sight available from the US GP distributor. Just had to file a notch in the bottom of the dovetail for the roll pin. Great sight.

    Much Better Sight Picture

    I installed this front sight on a CZ P10C, which has the same dovetail cut as the P09, and I'm very pleased with the narrower front sight and fiber optic sight picture. Like another reviewer, I had to file the sight's dovetail slightly to fit, but the installation was uneventful. I really appreciated that Dawson Precision included a non-marring aluminum punch with polymer tip for the installation.

    I received this sight and was very pleased with the quality. Easy installation. I would definitely recommend this sight to anyone. Took it to the range and was spot on with the accuracy!

    Much Improved Sight Picture

    The narrower profile and fiber dot is much easier for old eyes to see. Getting CZ stock sight out required some heat and good licks from a punch. A few strokes with an appropriate rat tail file and the new fiber sight was in. Nice touch that the fiber optic filament was precut and easily installed. They give you extra filament rod material for spares.

    Great front sight, a lot better than the factory sight, all my handguns have a Dawson front optic, great for use old timers .

    Sights came on time, included aluminum punches (one with a polymer tip), excellent instructions and extra fibers. Fit and finish is great. Very happy, will definitely buy again.
