Is there really a difference with Dawson Precision® sights? You bet there is!

While other sights give off a hazy glow making it difficult to focus, Dawson Precision® sights offer you the sharpest picture. We counterbore the blade so the optic is recessed. This subtle difference focuses the light in the sight making it not only brighter, but clearer. A fully cradled optic provides a longer optic lifespan.

    Fits Like a Glove

    The front sight is better than the picture. The length of the front sight is longer than the original EAA sight and still fits perfectly and grooved exactly to the cutout on the slide of the gun. I liked the choice given to the customer of either a red or green optic. The only improvement I could state, would be the set screw could be a little bigger. The set screw supplied works, but could be overtighten and its current size does require locktight. Post script; might mention the punch supplied is to fit a snug fitting sight.

    Bought these sights for my eaa witness elite match and I couldn't be happier. I put the .140x.100 on and kept the factory rear adjustable. I have shot probably close to 600 rounds with these sights and they are solid and durable. They are the brightest Fiber-optic I own.

    Fiber optic sight was indeed a precision fit. Used the sight math on the web site to calculate what height I would need. Worked like a charm, great company.

    Great product-bad instructions

    Purchased a fiber optic front sight for an EAA Witness pistol. Part was shipped and billed without issue. The problem came when I went to install the replacement front sight. The instructions are sparse and fail to mention that the sight comes with two securing allen screws. One is installed in the front sight (it is about 1/3 the height of the bag screw) from the manufacturer and the other comes in a bag with the allen wrench. No mention in the instructions so when you install the sight then insert the set screw from the bag it will not allow you to install the fiber optic rod and complete installation. The staff were nice enough to help but no mention when I called of the smaller set screw and the issues it causes. I had to reorder and pay for a replacement sight as the original one was damaged. I didn't like that too much as better instructions could have prevented the entire issue. I would still buy their stuff, just be more careful.

    I had actually purchased a sight from another company and had waited three months without it even being shipped. I am so glad I found this one!!! I ordered and it was shipped the next day! Great fit, great price, great sight. Thank you Dawson.

    Amazing Sight

    I purchased this front sight for my EAA Witness Elite Match mostly because the other options out there were few and far between and didn't meet my needs. I am glad I picked Dawson. Not only did my sight come in very quickly, it had all the tools necessary to install. The installation was painless and took maybe 3 minutes. You can't go wrong with this sight. The clarity of the fiber optic is top notch.
