Installed on a Para P14 Limited. Very pleased with the sight. They include a sight punch and extra fiber optic inserts which is a nice plus. Shipping was fast as well.

Description

Great upgrade!
I was skeptical about this sight at first since my Para expert already had a FO front sight but I definitely made the right choice buying these! The optic glows night and bright, perfectly visible and seems easier to track in lower light. Absolutely love these sights!

Para 1911 Fiber Optic Front Sights
Difficult to install and difficult to center. Instructions are poor. Instructions could easily be improved. Should specifically state where to hit the sight with the punch (the bottom section of the sight). A diagram would be helpful and also in larger font. A piece of 8 x11 sheet of paper is inexpensive.

Great front sight
Great front sight. Very well made. Dawson's customer service is among the best. I called with a tech question, and the gentleman who answered the phone without hesitation grabbed a caliper and gave me a definitive answer.

Just perfect
My home-brew Para Commander in45 acp was shooting 2" low. No adjustable rear is available. This front sight fixed my problem. Fast shipping & reasonable price e.

Outstanding customer service
The Rep spent a lot of time with me on the phone to make sure I got what I wanted and what would work best. He also walked me through the installation process and explained common pitfalls and equipment that should be avoided. On top of all that the sights exceeded my expectations and shoots exactly where it should. Will be using Dawson Precision again.

A dramaici improvement over factory sights
My local gun dealer suggested I contact Dawson since my Para Expert 1911 has a different sight cut. I called and spoke to someone very familiar with the product. The sights I received installed easily and allow me to quickly obtain ae excellent sight picture under various lighting conditions.
