The fiber optic front with the black rear sight really works for me. High quality sights, easy to install. I bought a set for my XDM and liked them enough to buy a set for my XD. Installation required a bit if filing for fit.

I have replaced the sights on all my fixed sight guns and Dawson Perfect Impact are the only sights I'll buy. They stand by the term "Perfect Impact" and replaced the front sight to work best for my shooting style.
