    I had been looking for a brighter front sight for my Springfield Armory Stainless Loaded. Terrific gun, but hard to aim with in low light. Service from Dawson is 5 Star. I had a gunsmith install the sight for me and they are spot on accurate, so in that sense they are a great replacement for the factory front sight. But...they aren't very bright. Unlike with the TFX sights on my other pistols, I would still need a flashlight to use my 1911 for night shoots. Darn it.

    I have purchased a number of sights from DP, and always found them of excellent quality. If you follow the install instructions, you will be satisfied with the results. A quality sight at a fair price, what’s not to like.
