I have 5 of these mag extensions and it is fantastic to strip and clean and reassemble them in seconds. Every 3 gun match seems to have mags hit the dirt. Springs with the kit are the best. I tried some other Wolff Springs that did not feed right so I changed back to what came with the kit and I was back to 100%. No malfunctions with any of the Dawson Parts that come with the kit.

These are a must have for competition. Bought 5 of these and the ICE mag well for my XDM 5.25 .40 cal. It has significantly sped up my reloads. The stock XDM mags are supposed to hold 16 rounds, but if you have ever tried to stuff a full mag under the stress of competition you'll find it isn't that easy and load them to 15 rnds.
I can now hold 19 rnds of .40 with these extensions and effortlessly insert the mag. The tool less function also makes it stupid easy to clean mags in between stages, which is always a good idea.

THE EXTENDER IS GREAT LOOKING. ALTHO I DID NOT EXPECTE THE MAGAZINE TO STICK OUT SHOWING IT SELF. THOUGHT IT WOULD BE MORE FLUSH AND LOOK LIKE IT CONFORMS MORE. WENT BACK TO THE ORIGNAL MAGAZINE. BUT WILL KEEP IT FOR A BACK UP.

These are very effective and easy to breakdown. Makes cleaning mags much easier. The feel of the grip ridges works for assuring proper orientation in your mag pouches too. At first had a little sticker shock on the price but they are very nice.

Just Have Basepad

These are great base pads for your XDm magazines especially if you shoot competition. They install easily and drop free of the pistol with no problem. The springs are strong enough to hold the slide to the rear as well once the magazine is empty. I returned a competitors product because it did not do this. These will be a welcome improvement to the stock bases when I shoot my next 3Gun match.
