These baseplates are CNC machined from billet aluminum and are uniquely designed to ease the installation and removal of the baseplate to the Para mag body. In addition, they do not add capacity and each weigh less than 1 oz., making them legal for USPSA and IDPA competition.

Available in three heights:

• +100 is 0.100" taller than Standard.
• +200 is 0.200" taller than Standard.
• +300 is 0.300" taller than Standard.

And, of course, the taller baseplates also help facilitate reloads when using a magwell.

Will only work with 2012 Para magazines. These magazines will say 'Made in Italy' on them.

    The mecgar 9mm 17rd para compatible mags have horrible baseplates. on a whim i ordered one of these, it fit the mag and most importantly with the new baseplate the mag locks into the pistol perfectly. Bought one on a whim to test and when i found that they fit and function perfectly i ordered more for all my para mags. these are a great buy for p18.9 owners that cant find original para 9mm mags. customer service is also top notch, Dawson has earned a lifetime customer.

    Fit my Rock Island 10mm mag perfectly. Works a lot better with the flared mag well.

    Living in New Jersey, we had to go to 10 rd. Mags. I put these basepads on MecGar 10 rd. Mags for my Para P16 and they work and look great.

    If you have a P-14 with a mag well and Mec-Gar mags, these work great. No more grinding the pads to fit! I’ve used the +. 2 and +.3 and both work great. Wish I’d found these sooner!
