The drilled and tapped 4-40 button side enables compatibility with mag catch buttons like the Dawson Precision® Lo Pro, or other paddles with compatible thread, providing a customizable experience. The redesigned internals allow for smoother and shorter travel, while securely locking the magazine in place. With a custom ledge to help minimize over-insertion of the magazine, you can trust in the reliability of this mag catch.
Installation is a breeze. Ensure your firearm is unloaded and clear before proceeding. Simply uninstall your current magazine release, transfer the internals (spring and lock). This is a great time to clean your spring and lock of any dirt or grime, then reinstall into your new extended magazine release body by sliding it back into your grip.
