FYI this rear sight fit my 75B perfectly with some light sanding on the base. I chose the .240" height like similar sights from Cajun Gun Works and CZ Custom.

Very sweet and functional setup if you're looking for a blacked out rear and fiber optic front sight. Contours with the P01 very nicely, streamlined, and is suitable for concealed carry. I would like to see the notch just a tad wider, but I am extremely happy with the purchase. I'd choose the same setup if I had to do it again. Great job!
