On my H&K VP9SK I replaced the standard rear lumi sights with Dawson black sights and am shooting better than ever. Dawson correctly explains that wide notch rear sights are better for older eyes like mine. I retained the lumi front sight which is 0.160" tall and matched it with the Dawson fixed carry black rear sights with a 0.155" wide notch. Good info from Dawson. I also had good results with wide notch black rear sights previously on a couple of Shields.
