I ordered a set of fiber optic sights for my full size M&P 40 on 2/8/2017. Installed the sights a short time later. I went to the range on 2/19/17 @ 30 feet the grouping was 1 to 1 .5 inch's low. I called Awesome Dawson customer service, and told them the results I had. The rep asked me a few questions, figured out what front sight I needed and shipped it rite out. There was no asking any questions like, did you do this or why don't you try that. Just polite first rate customer service. O yeah, free of charge. I have delt with Dawson a number of times in the past, I was always satisfied. I wish I needed a few more items so I could have gotten a free T-shirt but, some dayI hope.
