This was a great choice for my M&P Shield. I took my time but it was easy to install using the YouTube videos and produces a great sight picture. Finally my Shield shoots like it should, a great improvement over factory. Combined with an Apex trigger kit its a tack driver. Couldn't be happier!
Purchased front and rear fiber optic sights for my 9mm shield.instalation was straight forward after watching there excellent videos.sights were shipped with in a few days.after installing sights i went to the range and point of aim was dead on.excellent product and excellent service highly recommend.
I recently purchased a set of Dawson Precision fiber optics sights, (my forth set) and a Apex carry duty trigger kit for my M&P Shield from Dawson Precision. I am extremely happy with both products. My Shield is one more slick gun now. I had an installation procedure issue with the trigger kit, the issue was me. Dawson Precision and Apex Tactical helped me until issue was resolved and even followed up with me to make sure issue was resolved. I will be ready for our upcoming IDPA tier 2 bug match.
The sights them selves are excellent but the instructions left out a little detail that could have caused a lot frustration and delay in reassembly "The Striker Safety Spring" is held in place by the rear sight and can pop out if you don't keep your finger over the dove tail slot in the slide as you punch the rear sight off, sending the spring cap across the room" this is a very small part and can easily be lost and then you would find yourself have to wait for a new one to be ordered. I knew about this in advance so it didn't cause me any problems. I would suggest an updated youtube style video or at least a photo of the slide with the sight removed
