Fantastic Addition
Got this for my Elite 5.25, took about 5 minutes to install. Mounted the Vortex Venom, what an upgrade from the factory mount. Great addition for this pistol.

Description
Optics Mount for Springfield Armory® XD-M® 5.25
This Springer Precision mount was designed to have the strongest attachment method with the smallest footprint for your red-dot optics. It is aluminum and hard anodized for years of long service life. This mount replaces the FACTORY adjustable rear sight.
The Venom® footprint is for Vortex Optics® older Venom®. Not their new optic.
Do not use the factory screw. Use the screws provided by Springer Precision.
All mounts now come with the "Shoot Proof" option to more securely mount your optic to your 5.25 slide.

Optic Mount
I have a XDM 5.25 9mm, I bought a Burris red dot and this mounting plate to upgrade the optics of my 9mm. I saw this in a YouTube video. It is very easy to install, well built, and looks great. Cannot wait to go back to the range.
