Description
Is there really a difference with Dawson Precision® sights? You bet there is!
While other sights give off a hazy glow making it difficult to focus, Dawson Precision® sights offer you the sharpest picture. We counterbore the blade so the optic is recessed. This subtle difference focuses the light in the sight making it not only brighter, but clearer. A fully cradled optic provides a longer optic lifespan.

Great Improvement
I own a Springfield 1911 Range Officer with adjustable rear sight and comes with plain black front sight. This improved my quick aim when in competition. Easy installation with right tools and just a Tip, don't forget to remove the pin of your stock front sight so you can slide the sight. After minor modification with file it was a perfect fit, the only thing I had to do to the sight was to even the sight edges with my slide to make it like a stock product. Remember to get the Loctite and a blue marker for touch up unless you rather blued the whole slide. Overall it is a great improvement and upgrade to your pistol. Thank you Dawson.

Awesome customer support
Replaced my old fiber optic front sight with the Dawson precision. Super high build quality. Sight took me approximately 45mins to fit and install. Awesome step by step how to videos. Will definitely be purchasing more sights from Dawson precision in the near future.

Perfect for SA RO
Fitted this sight for a customer. Fitting was required with a 60-degree file, which is how I prefer to install sights. It came with its own non-marring punch as well. I will be recommending this sight for customer jobs in the future.

Bright as a light bulb
Just installed this fiber optic sight on my SA Trophy Match, looked like it belonged there all along. Sight pickup is way better now. I did have to do some fitting, it was no problem, just make sure you have the correct tools. (Small precision files can be picked up cheap). I would highly recommend this sight.

Heck yeah !!
I have a SA Lightweight champion operator that has the night sights on it and , I've never been able to see them very good . After a lot of research I found Dawson precision. I used the sight calculator and it was super simple to get the exact sight I needed and I love them. Finally I can see my front sight which has definitely improved my accuracy with this weapon. I paired this sight with a 10-8 rear unotch black rear and this front sight and it is perfect for me . Installation was super simple as well . Everything you need for installation is included except for loctite and 1/16 roll pin punch to knock out front sight roll pin .
